At Figure For Less, we care deeply about the satisfaction of our collectors and fans. Since we specialize in limited-edition toys, and figures,, our return and refund policy is built around fairness, product integrity, and transparency.
No Return / Exchange on the Following:
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Blind box items or random draw collectibles
- Sale/discounted items, mystery boxes, or exclusive drops
- Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
Return/Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- You provide clear photos and/or video showing the issue
- The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once we inspect and approve your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer after collecting your full bank details.
Replacement (if applicable)
If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will:
- Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability)
- Or issue a full refund if the same item is out of stock
