Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Figure For Less

At Figure For Less, we care deeply about the satisfaction of our collectors and fans. Since we specialize in limited-edition toys, and figures,, our return and refund policy is built around fairness, product integrity, and transparency.

No Return / Exchange on the Following:

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Blind box items or random draw collectibles
  • Sale/discounted items, mystery boxes, or exclusive drops
  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer

Return/Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • You provide clear photos and/or video showing the issue
  • The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once we inspect and approve your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be made via bank transfer after collecting your full bank details.

Replacement (if applicable)

If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will:

  • Offer a replacement (subject to stock availability)
  • Or issue a full refund if the same item is out of stock
