Cancellation Policy – Figure For Less

At Figure For Less, we understand that sometimes plans change. We’ve created a fair cancellation policy to support our customers while maintaining the integrity of our limited stock model.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed and shipped, whichever comes first.
• Once your item has been picked and packed by our fulfillment team, the order can no longer be cancelled.
• If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Refunds (If Cancellation Is Approved)

• If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

 

Important Notes

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are rejected upon delivery without valid reason may result in account restrictions or cancellation of future COD privileges.
• Frequent cancellations or repeated order disputes may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on stock status and fulfillment stage.
