SHIPPING

Q: How long does delivery take within the UAE?
A: Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship to international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

Q: Can I request same-day delivery?
A: Same-day delivery is available in Dubai. Please WhatsApp us to confirm availability. A delivery fee of AED 25 applies.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: We accept credit/debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) for UAE orders. International orders require prepayment.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order is packed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Q: My order has shipped but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
A: Contact our support team with your order number. We'll coordinate with the courier and get back to you quickly.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you report it within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Email or WhatsApp us with your order number, reason, and clear photos of the issue.
